iGoogle announces closure

I saw this morning that Google (of which I am a fan) announced the closure of iGoogle. My in ititial reaction was astonishment and disappointment. Over the time we have had iGoogle I have got very used to it and really can’t think why they would want to get rid of it. I hope the replacement is well thought out and the transition is seamless.
