As no doubt the Internet will die for a couple of hours at midnight I would like to wish everyone who reads this a happy new year and thank all of you who have been supportive of me through the last difficult year with special thanks to my love Angie, without whom I don’t know how I would have got through it.

We had a fabulous evening with neighbours and friends coming for food and drink. The last people left at 3.30 and we managed to get straight to bed. Getting up at 8.00 to feed the dogs wasn’t such fun
