Just watching a recording of Splash!!! What a disaster darling… Struggling to watch to the end…Will there be a good  bit?

This morning I am off to Fulbourn to my first appointment of 2013. Keeping a positive head. I expect I will be home by 1300hrs. The meeting went well.

Today Angie and I went to see Cinderella in Sheffield as Ben is once again working as the stage manager.  Good show but a 280 mile round trip

I am a little disappointed that with the “improvements” to Endomondo’s website we have dubious adverts for slimming and dating sites. Come on Endomondo, it cheapens the site.

Waking after another very late night my poor old body says “Enough!, get back to exercise and healthy eating”…..OK…. today may well turn into a first fast of 2013.  Wish me luck
