Today Easter Monday started with our neighbours (Margaret and Linda) taking the dogs for a walk.
Angie did work while I watched daytime TV!!!! After several hours we decided we needed a change of scenery and despite her bad back and my broken leg we went to Bury St Edmunds to people watch. Parking was critical here as I obviously can’t walk very far on crutches. We managed to find a parking space near to Debenhams and hobbled very slowly down to the Apex which was in sunshine.
Luckily we found a table in the sun and Angie bought us Cappucino and date cake. Yum yum, except I was trying to have a fast day. I don’t suppose there were too many calories in the cake but I need to be strict for the rest of the day……….. drinking tea……..
