Saturday 3rd May and the week

Its been a funny week. Angie has been off with back problems and again I have been confined to the house for most of the week.

On Monday we had our first ever delivery from ASDA with a shop we had done online. It was all a bit of a non event with a rather large man arriving at our door with boxes packed with shopping.
Angie has a very short acceptance of boredom and is very restless. On this day she had a major migraine and spent most of the day in bed.

Wednesday was our next notable day. Angie took me out to the Garden Centre………. We had a light lunch and sat and looked at the view from the terrace.
Thursday was a good day with three buses coming all at the same time. In the morning we had a call from Ian Large who said he was coming over to cut our grass. He arrived just as Angie was going out to see Anna in Mildenhall. We have new neighbours at No 4 who happen to be called “Peter and Angie” and they came over to say hullo.. While chatting with them they let slip they were looking for a decorator, a plumber and a gardener. Ian picked up on this and offered his services. He got himself 3-4 days work doing decorating.
As he finished Gill and Rupert Green arrived to walk our dogs. Firstly they took Beattie out for a decent walk with Almond and then on their return they took Lomu and Berkley out for a shorter walk. They had barely gone when Mike and Fyl Bevan arrived to chat.

What a day…………. Its a shame it doesn’t get more spread out.

Friday was spent with us at home waiting for Ben to arrive in the evening. So, a not very interesting week………
