I just cut the grass and according to my Fitbit I did 7064 steps…..and burnt 1406 caleries. It felt like it

I really must try harder to do more cardio work to improve my fitness before I go away on holiday to get the benefit. I resolve to use the elliptical machine daily even if its only for a short workout. Meanwhile, I need breakfast!

A 7.7 mile walk, mainly in the rain following the red route. The swans were magnificent
