Today is the 60th birthday of a very dear friend, David Garrett, who I have known since I was 10. We met at school and have stayed in touch for 50 years. Quite an achievement. A lovely man who has always done what is right. I am proud to have known him.

A Good Walk
Bad backs
Today I am laid up with a bad back. I am supposed to work today but am in considerable pain. I really need to eat but can’t face getting out of bed. I hope it clears up soon
Logs

Jack
Our neighbour, Jack seems to be moving today. He hasn’t told us anything so its all a bit of a mystery. Removal vans are blocking our driveway but the driver assures me he will move when I need to leave for work. Lets hope he keeps to that.
Walking with Berkley and Lomu
The dogs and I walked this morning. It was a bit chilly but I spent the time listening to Stephen King (Duma Quay) on my iPod It would have been my Mums birthday today. God bless her. I sadly miss her
