It’s been a miserable day coughing and spluttering and I developed a bad back. Probably spending too much time on the couch watching TV. I’ve just been out to get curry….Angie is on the way home and already ate risotto at lunchtime.

Angie was up at 6.15 and I coughed for England. Kindly she brought me a cuppa while she spiked her hair….. 07.30 and I think I should make a move. Coughing and spluttering..
